The grill includes the cooking unit, regulator hose, thermometer, and grease management system. You'll need to purchase a standard 20 lb propane tank separately, available at most hardware stores and gas stations.
The 10,000 BTU side burner gives you a separate cooking zone for sauces, sautéing vegetables, or warming sides while your main course grills. It essentially adds a stovetop element to your outdoor cooking setup.
The porcelain-enameled coating makes these cast iron grates much easier to clean than bare cast iron. Simply brush or scrape after each use while warm. The coating prevents rust and food sticking.
